A beautiful Louis XV Style satinwood and marquetry inlaid antique gueridon. The "Cippolino" oval marble top surmounted by a pierced ormolu gallery. The frieze profusely inlaid with marquetry ribbons, harebells and flaming urns and having a single concealed drawer. The whole raised on four square tapering ormolu capped supports terminating in cast ormolu paw sabots united by an oval inlaid under tier, probably made by Edwards and Roberts or Gillows (English C1890-1900) Condition: This gueridon is in excellent condition, fully restored
