A Victorian Oak and Burr Oak Pedestal Writing Desk, the top having a turned gallery support retaining the original twin brass inkwells, a central sloped writing surface flanked by twin inset leather writing areas above the base which has a arrangement of nine drawers each retaining the original brass handles and locks, the chamfered drawer fronts veneered with Burr oak, supported on a plinth base Circa 1870-1880.

Condition: Excellent overall, leather writing surfaces are very worn.
