A George III Period Oak Lancashire Dower chest, the rectangular hinged top above an arrangement of three real and six dummy drawers, each drawer cross banded in mahogany with double military style brass swan neck handles. The chest having reeded columns to the ends with a moulded base supported on stile feet circa 1790-1800

Condition: Good overall condition, some scuffing to the front edge and minor chips consistent with age and use, minor repairs to a couple of the handles
