A beautiful Regency Period antique mahogany library armchair having reeded mahogany detail to the back and arms and with bergere cane work throughout. The padded armrests, loose seat and back cushion have recently been upholstered in a soft brown brushed velvet fabric. The chair having open arms with turned supports and raised on further turned supports with brass cup Castor's and splayed back legs with brass socket Castor's circa 1820-1830 Condition: This chair is in excellent original condition, the cane work has been replaced at some time, recently re-upholstered to a high standard, fully cleaned and waxed
