A superb quality Edwardian Period mahogany display cabinet by Shapland and Petter of Barnstaple. Having an arched and moulded inverted breakfront cornice. The upper section having a shell inlaid fan shaped paterae above twin central bow front doors, each profusely inlaid with urns, swags, harebells and a central "Sheraton Style" oval shell. The glazed ends having individual panels of hand blown glass, which open to reveal the original silk lined shelved interior. The whole raised on square tapering supports terminating in a block foot with a brass pad, united by a mahogany under tier, all the locks stamped S, P & B, circa 1900-1910 Condition: This cabinet is in excellent original condition, fully cleaned and waxed
