An elegant Edwardian Period mahogany duet/piano stool. The over stuffed seat upholstered in gold floral damask, opening by means of a ratchet to reveal a boxed section for music scores. Having a mahogany serpentine shaped apron with tapering square supports united by a bowed stretcher, terminating in spade feet with the original brass Castor's. This stool is made from well figured mahogany finely strung with boxwood line inlay circa 1900-1910 Condition: This stool is in excellent condition, recently re-upholstered to a very high standard
