A George III Period Antique Mahogany chest on chest. The upper section having a stepped and moulded cornice above an arrangement of two over three oak lined graduating drawers, with pierced brass back plate handles. The lower section having a moulded edge and an arrangement of three graduating oak lined drawers again with pierced back plate swan neck handles. Raised on shaped bracket feet. The sides also constructed from solid mahogany English circa 1780
Condition: This chest on chest is in superb condition, a beautiful mellow colour and patination. One side is more faded than the other. The handles are of the period but not the original.
