A Stunning Pair Of Late Victorian Period Sheraton Revival demi lune side tables. Each semi circular top with stunning figured mahogany inlaid sunburst veneered panels. The border cross banded in sycamore with trailing ribbon and foliate marquetry penwork inlaid detail. The frieze having a central inlaid urn flanked by typical Sheraton Style oval inlaid paterae and cross banded in kingwood. The mahogany tapering legs also with inlaid trailing harebells within satinwood panels, terminating in spade feet, English circa 1890-1900

Condition: These tables are in excellent original condition, cleaned and waxed. A wonderful colour and patination. They bear a label "lady lever" indicating they may have been the property of Lady Lever, the wife of William Lever the 1st Viscount Leverhulme, the magnate of sunlight soap and the Lever Art Gallery opened in 1922
