An Edwardian Period Mahogany inlaid antique settee. The shaped back having an upper padded support above three pierced vase shaped splats, each with fine marquetry and pen-work inlaid detail, open arms and with a serpentine shaped padded seat. The arms, seat rail and back all with string inlaid detail, raised on elegant square tapering supports with trailing harebell inlaid detail. This settee has been re-upholstered in a gold silk damask. English circa 1900-1910
Condition: This settee is in excellent condition, cleaned and waxed. Newly re-upholstered in a gold silk damask.
