A good George III Period Lancashire dresser base. The oak single plank top of slightly breakfront outline above an arrangement of seven rectangular oak lined drawers, each cross banded in mahogany and with the original brass swan neck handles. Having twin fielded panelled arched doors with brass hinges and opening to reveal an oak boarded interior with quarter reeded columns and panelled ends. The whole raised on the original shaped bracket feet. Of superb colour and patination throughout. English circa 1800 Condition: This dresser base is in excellent original condition, a wonderful colour and patination. This dresser would originally of had a rack on the back.
