A good Edwardian Period mahogany roll top desk. The upper section having a solid mahogany rectangular top above an "S" shaped tambour front, opening to reveal a wonderful fitted interior with fifteen drawers of assorted sizes, two cupboards and various pigeon holes and stationery compartments. Unusually the top has winged sides which open to allow a secretary/extra person to work at the desk. The lower section having an arrangement of nine oak lined drawers and two mahogany slides with brass handles. The ends and reverse of the desk are beautifully finished with fielded panels. English circa 1900-1910
Condition: This desk is in superb original condition, cleaned and waxed. There are no keys with the desk.
