A lovely French Kingwood and Amboyna bureau plat, the shaped top having a green inset leather writing surface with ormolu beading to the edge, having three shaped frieze drawers each veneered in amboyna with further amboyna panels to the ends and on the reverse, raised on shaped cabriole supports with figural mounts terminating in sabots, this desk is approximately 50 years old Condition: This desk is in excellent overall condition, minor losses to the veneer around the inset leather and minor wear to the leather SOLD
