A Beautiful George III Period Mahogany Lancashire Mule chest, the hinged mahogany top opening to reveal a large storage area with an arrangement of four dummy drawers at the top and four real drawers at the bottom, each retaining their original brass swan neck handles and escutcheons, the ends having quarter reeded pilasters supported on shaped ogee feet, which have had some restorations, the chest is of a good rich colour and patination circa 1790-1800 Condition: This mule chest is in excellent original condition, some restoration to the original ogee feet (see pictures)
