A set of four Regency Period mahogany dining chairs of excellent colour and patination, the reeded uprights united by three horizontal support rails, the top rail having a wide mahogany tablet, the central one having carved wheatsheaf detail with a central smaller tablet, the lower one having simple reeded detail, with a simple upholstered drop in seat, raised on turned tapering front supports with incised carved detail united by an X framed cross stretcher circa 1810-1820 Condition: These chairs are in superb original condition, minor scuffs and marks consistent with age and use, wonderful colour and patina
