A magnificent Edwardian Period Chippendale Revival mahogany display cabinet, this very large cabinet having a raised and shaped cornice with dentil moulded detail, the central section having a central carved cartouche above the frieze which has a central carved shield and carved wheat sheafs. The centre bowed glazed door opens to reveal a glass shelved interior, the canted corners having further carved trailing floral swags and with serpentine glazed ends. The lower section having a central mahogany door with egg and dart beaded detail opening to reveal a shelved interior, raised on bold George II style carved cabriole supports with a carved shell to the knee, terminating in a pad foot, united by an undertier circa 1900-1910
